It is the travellers responsibility to arrive on time prior to coach departure.

We strongly recommend travellers to arrive at least 1 hour prior to coach departure or as early as possible as delays may occur enroute to your pick up point. This can be caused by bad weather conditions, traffic congestion, or security alerts.

For arrivals into London at the end of the tour, Please note that the arrival time may be later than scheduled due to heavy traffic . Therefore, please allow enough time for making any onward journeys. Omega Tours are not responsible for loss of monies or bookings for all onward travel arrangements.

4) Surcharge for a single room: £100 (single registration to ensure that same-sex guests stay in the same room, as you request a single room need to pay this fee, only full purchase);
5) Other hotel charges such as items from room mini bar, laundry service, pay view TV,
     internet, or drinks or meals from the hotel room service or lounge bar

Cancellations & Alteration Charges:
For 30 days or more = £25 per person
For 11 days or more = £80 per person
For 10-8 days prior to departure = 50%
For less than 8 days prior to departure = Non refundable
